Customer & Channel Sales

We are looking for several sales people with hunter instincts to drive new business for a number of Microsoft Dynamics Partners.

Some of the Microsoft Dynamics partners are focusing on end clients and some are ISV's that focus on sales through the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem of reselling partners. 

The applicants will be ultimately responcible for tracking and growing sales for the revenue stream at the Microsoft partners, and should have a trackrecord in generating leads and direct sales activities.


The right candidates will be responcible for developing relationsships with customers and Microsoft partners for driving the sales and for developing leads both direct and through channel sales. Some of the roles will also require recruitment of new partners.

Examples of day to day activities:

  • Meet or exceed quarterly and yearly sales targets agreed upon; including channel sales and direct sales opportunities.
  • Aggressively drive partners to maximize sales and total partnership potential through sales best practices, training and support.
  • Identify and initiate sales opportunities and work with targeted customers, partners or other  sales lead to close
  • Assist in developing and managing lead generation activities including online and direct initiatives.
  • Track the progress on all direct or channel sales and record the opportunities in CRM
  • Ensure the sales pipeline / forecast is current and accurate and report details
  • Develop new relationships using personal relationships
  • Track and report channel and / or customer issues back to Management and work with internal resources to resolve issues
  • Position consulting resources within customers and encourage the use of skills in the presales and implementation of solutions and services
  • Support sales and marketing activities with pre-sales resources, references, case studies, ROI calculations, and overall sales coaching
  • Maintain relationships with Microsoft resources and ensure solutions are being positioned positively in opportunities and in the Microsoft ecosystem
  • Work towards developing sales goals for organization and partners
  • Assist with direct sales activities by participating in sales meetings, generating RFP responses and other duties as required by the VP of Sales.

Professional Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • 5+ years’ sales experience in the ERP, and/or solution software sales industries preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Experience selling through partners to international markets is preferred for some of the positions
  • Successful achievement of USD 1M+ quotas, consultative enterprise/solution or technical sales.
  • Ability to manage a pipeline with multiple accounts and partners.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Proven success prospecting, building a pipeline, moving opportunities through the sales cycle; proposing, presenting and discussing solutions with C-level and other decisionmakers.
  • Ability to craft a solution with appropriate products and services that meets business goals based on client discussions.
